Location médiocre. Douche bouchée. Frigidaire qui ne faisait pas trop de froid . Pas de grill pain, planche à découper. Ciseaux. Tire bouchons . Bac à glaçons. Plats pour le four. Juste 4 cuillères, 4 couteaux, 4 fourchettes. La pire de mes locations au niveau équipement.

Location décevante

Décevant. Aucun check-in sur place avec la conciergerie pour vérifier l’état du logement avant notre arrivée. Résultat : un appartement sale et négligé. Toile d’araignée dans chaque pièce, sable dans la douche, miroir non nettoyé, lampe de chevet collante, ustensiles de cuisine gras, moustiques au mur et traces de sang en prime. Sous le lit, de quoi organiser un pique-nique.Et pour ceux qui auraient l’idée saugrenue de nettoyer eux-mêmes : sur place, uniquement un balai fatigué. Pas d’aspirateur, pas de serpillère, rien de sérieux pour rendre l’endroit vivable.Côté aménagement, le logement est annoncé pour plusieurs personnes mais clairement inadapté au-delà de 3. Très peu de rangements : un seul placard avec étagères, et dans la chambre, une penderie… vide. Aucun cintre à disposition, il faut penser à venir avec les siens.Après une nuit en mer, nous avons récupéré le logement en milieu d’après-midi (pas disponible avant), épuisés, pour découvrir ce spectacle. Aucun geste commercial, si! Un sachet de biscuit. On m’a simplement dit que j’aurais dû rappeler pour faire revenir l’équipe de ménage. À croire que c’est au client de gérer la logistique et d’assurer le contrôle qualité.L’endroit est certes calme et pratique pour rayonner dans la région en voiture… mais je n’y remettrai pas les pieds.

Enttäuschend, schlechte Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft können wir aus folgenden Gründen nicht empfehlen: schlechte Kommunikation, Zusatzkosten für Bettwäsche und Handtücher, modriger Geruch im Haus, kein Klopapier und Seife, Dusche ohne Tür, Ameisenkolonie im Garten und insgesamt ein schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Am Anreisetag bekamen wir erst gegen 16 Uhr Details über die Schlüsselübergabe. Da das Haus noch nicht bezugsfertig war, trafen wir uns erst nach 17 Uhr mit Fiona. Zunächst bekamen wir eine „Verkaufsveranstaltung“ über mögliche Ausflugsziele und gute Restaurants von Freunden. Da wir schon lange auf den Beinen waren, fragte ich dann nach den Schlüsseln. Allerdings waren zuvor noch 50€ für Bettwäsche und Handtücher fällig. Es handelt sich eigentlich um eine niedliche Bungalow-Anlage. Allerdings wimmelt es hier vor Ameisen. Im Haus selbst, fällt sofort der modrige Geruch auf. Dieser wurde durch Lüften auch nicht besser. Leider gab es auch kein Klopapier und Seife. Aufgrund der offenen Dusche schwamm das Bad anschließend. Es hat uns hier nicht gefallen und wir waren froh, als wir weiterreisen konnten.

Linge de maison

Je suis très déçue de cette location, car rien n'indiquait qu'il.fallait régler le linge de maison et j'ai dû faire un chèque de 100 euros pour les serviettes et les draps! du coup c'est une location qui revient très chère par rapport aux prestations!

Aucune considération du client qui est une vache à lait

Alors en général je prends le temps de documenter la bonne évaluation lorsque j'en suis ravi. Je n'ai jamais rencontré une telle situation d'arnaque et prise du client pour une vache à lait. Tout commence après la réservation, nous avions loué 2 jours pour finir notre séjour à proximité de Porto vecchio. Quelques semaines, avant d'arriver vous recevez un mail de la conciergerie sur des frais additionnels que nous pensions facultatifs compte tenu du montant annoncé,le ménage que nous avons l'habitude de faire sur des courtes durées de location. La veille de la prise de location nous appellons le gérant pour récupérer les clefs en lui disant que nous serions sur place vers 19h passant l'après-midi sur banifacio. Déjà le malaise s'installe en disant que si nous n'étions pas contraint par un bateau ou un avion nous pourrions nous présenter un peu plus tôt à la conciergerie avant 18h sinon il partait au restaurant et nous pourrions récupérer les clefs qu'après minuit... Ok Finalement nous écourtons notre visite pour nous présenter à 16h30 à la conciergerie ou nous sommes accueilli par Fiona. Après de courtes présentations et me proposant le linge de maison (option payante) elle m'indique qu'il ne reste à régler que le ménage obligatoirement pour avoir les clefs. Ce à quoi je lui précise que je n'apprécie la méthode. Nous engageons des échanges vifs surréalistes à propos de ces méthodes douteuses, de mensonges, en effet il n'est jamais mentionné les frais de ménage dans le corps de l'annonce abritel après vérification avec la gérante sur place qui m' indiquait le contraire se retranchant sur le fait que nous "les clients" sommes bien au courant et des personnes pas fiables. Bref impossible d'y échapper sans quoi nous n'avions pas l'appartement. Clou du spectacle, la gérante nous accompagne à l'appartement vers 17h30...et là force de constater que le ménage n'avait pas été fait... Il restait des déjections dans les toilettes. Après un rapide coup de balai et dans les toilettes sdb par la gérante qu'en même...nous prenons enfin possession de l'appartement très loin de ce que l'on peut attendre en vu du montant. L'appartement dans une résidence close calme, au bord d'une route passante n'est pas propre. L'endroit est envahi par les fourmis qui n'hésitent pas à mordre le contrenevant et gare à la nourriture qui traîne. La pire expérience avec abritel. Si vous pouvez faites l'impasse sur ce secteur faites le !
