Cala Rossa, Superb villa with sea view and beach 5mn walk away

Magnificent villa in the Cala Rossa estate on the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio with breathtaking 180-degree panoramic views of the sea, the entrance to the gulf, and the lighthouses. The location is fantastic, which is hard to capture in photos, and yet very peaceful. The villa is very comfortable and spacious, even for 12 people. The kitchen is fully equipped for 12 people. Very close to 3 private beaches, a 5-minute walk away. An exceptional, peaceful, and superb seaside estate. The exterior comprises an 1800m² garden with Mediterranean plants, a swimming pool with a large terrace and sun loungers, numerous terraces/balconies surrounding the villa, an outdoor shower, a pétanque court, and parking for 3 cars below. The villa is very quiet thanks to its exceptional location within the estate at the end of a cul-de-sac, ensuring peace and quiet, and there are no overlooking properties. The villa is located 10 minutes from Porto-Vecchio by car and 5 minutes from supermarkets. 1Gbps fibre optic Wi-Fi connection.
