The apartment offers a large living area with a sofa, satellite TV, table with chairs and well-stocked kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and spacious closet, a bedroom with two single beds and closet, and a bathroom with shower and toilet/bidet. Finally, from the French window of the kitchen is a small, recently renovated terrace with a table, chairs and umbrella.

Der Aufenthalt war gut, nette Vermieter, VerstĂ€ndigung fast nur mit Google Übersetzer. Die SpĂŒlmaschine und der Duschkopf waren defekt, wurde aber beides am gleichen Tag behoben. Anfangs roch es etwas merkwĂŒrdig, was wahrscheinlich daher kam das lĂ€ngere Zeit vor uns die Wohnung wohl nicht benutzt wurde. Aber nach lĂ€ngerem LĂŒften war dann alles ok.

Sehr schöne, grosse FeWo mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern

Die FeWo liegt gut erreichbar an einer Strasse aus dem Ledrotal heraus. Bis zum See sind es 6 km. Ein Radweg fĂŒhrt ebenfalls dorthin. Sie ist sehr modern und sauber. Besonders das grosse Wohnzimmer mit KĂŒchenzeile ist fĂŒr Familien sehr praktisch. Man kann prima draussen sitzen, jede Wohnung hat einen eigenen Tisch direkt vor der TĂŒr. FĂŒr die Kinder gibt es den Pool, zum Planschen genau richtig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundliche und immer ansprechbare Leute, sie geben auch gute Tips fĂŒr AusflĂŒge und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Auch das Spielhaus im Garten ist liebevoll eingerichtet, und wer in KĂŒrze dort weilt: Die Speisekarte haben wir geschrieben :) Wir können das Haus empfehlen. Auf dem Dach ist eine PV Anlage und es gibt eine E-Tankstelle. Der Supermarkt ribagga fanden wir auch toll. Richtig nettes Personal und dort gibt es wirklich alles. Sehr leckere Croissants mit Pistaziencreme... Mille grazie! Bettina und Familie

Erholsamer Urlaub

Kommunikation imit den Besitzern m Vorfeld und vor Ort sehr gut, Anfragen per Mail wurden sehr zeitnah beantwortet. Wohnung gerĂ€umig und sehr sauber. KĂŒchenausstattung befriedigend (hĂ€tten uns einen Toaster, SchĂ€lchen (z.B. fĂŒr MĂŒsli) und grĂ¶ĂŸere GlĂ€ser gewĂŒnscht). Waschmaschine im Bad - sehr vorteilhaft. Die gesamte Anlage wird sehr gut gepflegt. Die Hauptstraße ist tagsĂŒber teilweise relativ laut, nachts kein Problem. Ausblick zum Teil auf renovierungsbedĂŒftige HĂ€user. Sehr schöner Radweg zum Ledrosee, auch fĂŒr Kinder gut zu fahren. Sehr viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung.

Die Wohnung ist in einem TOP Zustand. Das Pool war bei den Kindern der Highlight. Die Lage in Ledro, sehr schön. Ein Supermarkt in der NÀhe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wird definitiv nicht unser letzter Urlaub bei Familie Bertolotti sein.

Sowohl die Sauberkeit als auch die sonstigen UmstĂ€nde der Unterkunft haben uns positiv ĂŒberrascht. Schöner erholsamer Urlaub im Apartment 1!!!

Die Gegend rund um den Gardasee ist traumhaft schön. Dazu zĂ€hlt auch die Unterkunft. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin und Vermieter sind super freundlich und gehen auf alle WĂŒnsche ein. Die Unterkunft (Apartment 1) ist neu, sauber und es waren alle Dinge fĂŒr einen entspannten Sommeraufenthalt vorhanden. Bei vielen schönen Erlebnissen, gibt es aber auch nachfolgende Anregungen: - In dem gerĂ€umigen Wohn-/KĂŒchenraum ist genĂŒgend Platz um zusĂ€tzlich zur Couch/Sofa einen Sessel aufzustellen. Wir waren 3 GĂ€ste und eine gemĂŒtlichere Sitzgelegenheit fĂŒr mehr als 2 GĂ€ste gibt es nicht. - Wir haben das Internet nicht stabil zum "laufen" gebracht bekommen. Eine WLAN-Verbindung bestand zwar, aber eine Internet-Verbindung stand nicht stabil zur VerfĂŒgung. - Das auf der Homepage eingestellte Objektbild ist eine Fotomontage! So ruhig und idyllisch gelegen ist nicht das Objekt. Rundrum hat es uns gefallen und wir kommen sicher einmal wieder! Vielen Dank an Familie Bertolotti

Schöne Wohnung mit Anlaufschwierigkeiten

Kommunikation per Mail eloquent und umfassend. Leider ist der Schreiber nicht vor Ort. Das anwesende Ehepaar ist weit davon entfernt mehr als italienisch zu sprechen, lediglich einige Brocken deutsch. Unsere gebuchte Wohnung im Erdgeschoss konnte uns nicht vermietet werden, weil Bauarbeiten direkt nebenan und auf dem Dach ausgefĂŒhrt wurden. Alternativ hatten wir eine Wohnung in ersten Stock angeboten bekommen. Eine schöne und gerĂ€umige moderne Wohnung. In der Mail stand eine extra GebĂŒhr fĂŒr "Fussbodenheizung", richtig wĂ€re gewesen, eine GebĂŒhr fĂŒr die Heizung anzugeben. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft extrem ausgekĂŒhlt und wurde nach einschalten der Heizung auch in der Nacht nicht wirklich warm. Auch keinerlei SpĂŒl Utensilien (spĂŒli, Schwamm, Geschirrtuch) oder ein paar BlĂ€tter Toilettenpapier vorzufinden, war leider kein schöner Start in unseren Kurzurlaub. Im Sommer sicher eine sehr schöne Location, spĂ€ter im Jahr auch, wenn rechtzeitig die Heizung eingeschaltet wird.

Der Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung war wunderschön! Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und alles sehr sauber!

Haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß in der schönen Gartenanlage. Die AusflĂŒge zum nahegelegenen Ledrosee und zum Gardasee bereiteten uns allen viel Freude und Abwechslung. Haben uns bei den sehr herzlichen Gastgebern sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und können die sehr saubere Ferienwohnung samt Anlage wirklich nur weiterempfehlen!

Familie Bertolotti waren uns hervorragende Gastgeber. Freundlichkeit und FlexibilitĂ€t sowie ein stets offenes Ohr fĂŒr die GĂ€ste zeichnen die beiden besonders aus. Die Wohnungen sind fĂŒr Familien perfekt gemacht. Das komplett umzĂ€unte GrundstĂŒck bietet viel Raum zum Spielen und Toben fĂŒr die Kleinen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und schauen sicher mal wieder vorbei.
