nice location

communication was good, heating couldnt be turned off which through the summer isnt ideal...and quite a few ants. Not the property managements company problem but the number listed via the website wasnt correct but this was the issue of web site but it meant over the weekend we couldnt get in touch with the owners.

Very noisy and humid conditions.

The apartment is close to a road with many late-night bars and night clubs. Expect annoying noises on Friday and Saturday night all through the night (car engines, people yelling and laughing loud, the unyielding “boom boom boom” of night club music). Impossible to sleep properly. Weekdays expects noise until 11pm as live music goes on some nights. There were ants in the kitchen and drying close was a struggle because of humidity (apartment is by the river) and lack of a proper dryer (only drying rack). Definitely not worth the price we paid for the stay.

Almost meets basic needs

The property was not easy to find, the instructions for access could be clearer. There is a washer, the dryer is a rack for air drying. No central heat, so used space heaters to help drying time. The only instant hot water is in the shower. Instruction are provided to supply hot water to the kitchen sink, but it didn’t work for us. There’s a nightclub across the street from the building. It is quite noisy, particularly on Friday-Saturday night. On the positive side, there are plenty of dining and shopping options minutes away. The building is on the river Aire and is quite scenic, though this apartment has no river view.
