Pictures are out of date and the quality was poor!

Beds extremely uncomfortable Toilets smelt of raw sewage Ceiling leaking damaged Lights missing bulbs Water boiling hot no temp control Couches broken uneven to sit on Fire Safety Hazard Compartmentation issues and linen stored in protected escape routes.

Fantastic property near the University of Leeds. Nicky the manager is very proactive and always ready to help. The room was beautiful and the free parking fantastic as it’s always difficult to park in Leeds. I wish I had known about this property before but I’ll definitely come back. Thanks Nicky!
