Disliked: Room comfort, communication

Check In problem and poor flat condition

On the day of check in I got an email asking me to collect the flat keys from different place which was 15 minutes walk from the property. This was a new information as wasn't mentioned at the time of booking the flat. Also I was made a rolling ball when I asked for the invoice/receipt. I was very much disturbed with this experience and I would never stay again in this accomodation from this company.
