Beautiful hotel, all staff were really friendly. The room was really nice and comfortable. Could not fault anything except there wasn’t any soap in the bathroom. So we had to get into the shower to use shower gel to wash our hands. Loved the rooftop bar

An OK stay

Aesthetically a very nice hotel. Wasn’t any toiletries in the room to wash hands etc. not ideal. No quick check-out option and had to queue with only 1 member of staff on the desk. Wouldn’t stay again for the price.

Everything is good apart from breakfast which is very chaotic. The dining place wasn’t big enough to accommodate all the guest. Food selection is not much.

Great 2 night stay. Room was ready on arrival at lunchtime which was a huge bonus. Staff very friendly The hotel was very clean and well decorated. Superb breakfast which set us up for the day. Near the train station and within walking distance to the shops and restaurants.

New hotel still with teething problems, but nothing that time settling will not resolve. Bargain for what we paid but still needs to iron out the issues before charging their full rate. Staff are super friendly and on hand at all times to make your stay enjoyable.

Fabulous hotel. Very central - however ongoing works at Leeds Station make walking for my elderly parents to the hotel from the station a challenge, but not the hotels fault and not permanent

All the positives and negatives that come with a new hotel were experienced. It looks great and the rooms are good size with amazing bed. However check-in was very slow, as was breakfast. Really busy and disorganised. Fine tuning those two parts and this will be a leading hotel in Leeds.

Avoid!

Style over substance. The rooms are hermetically sealed (lots of panes of glass) and over heated. The air conditioning cannot be regulated effectively and consistently (hotel cost cutting?). I changed rooms 3 times and the temperature still rose during the night. Avoid this hotel if you want a good night’s sleep - especially in the summer months.
