The hotel itself is lovely it’s the second time we’ve stayed. The first time the breakfast was a buffet. This time we were told with it being quieter they are taking orders so we ordered full English breakfasts which never came. We paid for breakfast £24 we had a glass of apple juice waited waited and waited. Absolutely disgusting our friends also stayed on a separate booking they never got there’s either. The staff told us breakfast was now over after waiting 45 mins so we left. Hungry and disappointed and out of pocket

Good modern hotel in a central location.

Room was good … thanks for the easy and early check in … Only negative was the ‘auto’ bathroom light rather than being able to switch on or off .. weird!

Nightmare ftom hell manger rude make you feel like scum that don't deserve to stay at hotel security on roof top bar pervs rude. When try speak to them to sort it out manger not interested unless your rich never again will i stop there be made to feel like scum off someone's shoe vue from king room was rubbish bin outside room. Mrs nearly in tears we felt that uncomfortable manger didn't care at all just horrible staff and place.

The toilet made a noise all night - tried to make contact with someone but it was late and we were unsuccessful. Room itself very nice. Stair areas could do with a hoover. Check in queue long having to queue outside which not ideal. Nice enough hotel.
