An amazing place to stay.

Excellent check in by a very helpful young lady. Explained everything in a clear concise and relaxed way. Showed us to the lifts, explained how the key card worked, a nice touch but we already knew how they worked. She told us about local eateries and wrote them down for us as well as saying how long to walk to them. We ate at a couple and yes well recommended. The room was very clean and well equipped, rooms and hotel very quiet. A microwave, tea, coffee and small fridge all in the room. A large sofa, table and triple wardrobe in a very large basic room. Great experience at breakfast, plenty of choice for meat eaters and those of us who do not eat meat. Good quality produce, well cooked, excellent selection of cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruit as well as pastries. Location in town is superb, and close to local cheap parking for a long weekend. Absolutely fauless, and perfection. This is the way forward for hotels.

One Night Away

Lovely hotel clean, comfy rooms. Let down by bar staff (turning people away from bar at10.35pm on a saturday night, because she had a train to catch) fortunately after 15 min wait another member of staff appeared, but people had already left because they couldn't get served, bearing in mind there was 3 staff on reception. Also very disheveled looking Food and Beveredge Supervisor on breakfast duty (looked like he'd slept in his clothes, which were all creased and he was very untidy looking). Breakfast service quite chaotic.

Fantastic hotel

Beautiful hotel in a great location near to train station. Studio was great,spacious, well equipped, lovely comfy bed and pillows. Clean and tidy. Staff very friendly. Had a drink in the 12th floor bar, beautifully furnished and well worth a visit. Highly recommended.

Brilliant new Hotel in Leeds

The whole experience was superb from start to finish. Staff so professional and chatty made you feel so welcome. Our room was on the 11 floor good views. Room was very smart and has more than needed, so clean and well equipped, great nights sleep. The roof top bar was brilliant good views staff brilliant, good atmosphere. Our booking included breakfast, good choose and good service from staff. Can leave luggage so could enjoy the following day in Leeds. My only criticism was the 10:00am check out on a weekend, so we checked out and then had breakfast, this will not stop us booking to stay again or recommend, looks like we have a new best place to stay in Leeds.

Beautiful new hotel. Room set up excellently, like a home from home. Comfortable beds. Lots of choice for breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Needed to ask for extra towels which were delivered straight away.

Absolutely wonderful relaxing stay, the rooms were beautifully appointed and loved the concept, breakfast in the morning was superb, sadly we didn’t get to go to the rooftop bar but we took a peak and it was fabulous…great location round the corner from the train station, and parking facilities round the corner! We will be back
