Spacious, clean and comfortable. The room had everything that you could need from crockery, dishwasher, hairdryer to a bottle opener. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and the pillows were like clouds. Just a perfect stay and we will return

We stayed on the 10th floor. It was so quiet with a great view of the city centre. The room was like a studio flat which was fab. Breakfast was very busy and there was clearly not enough staff to keep everything stocked up. Apart from that once we did get breakfast it was good. The restaurant was lovely as was the rooftop bar

The staff were all extremely polite and helpful. The room was clean and tidy with more room than we expected to relax. Our stay was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Our breakfast was very tasty with enough choice to ensure that we left full. We would definitely stay again.

All the staff were very professional with a very pleasant manner, absolutely refreshing. Thank you. The room was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. Great location giving easy access to the rail station, shopping and tourist attractions.
