Needs more lifts to be working

Hotel was clean enough the issue was that only one lift (out of the three) was working when we were there and there was no other way to get out of the building so ended up stuck waiting for a lift for 15 mins as every time it came to our floor it was full going up and down

Nice clean room. Great service and nice food. A really good hotel and would visit again. Security staff were also very professional. A young security guard was very helpful and polite. A good ambassador for the hotel
