Fabulous top floor apartment, very cool & contemporary. Loved the hot tub on a cold November evening. Great staff too.

Drinking den

No fresh milk. Way too much alcohol, no slippers, stone floors, too loud and noisy when people are just walking around the place, cameras with little privacy on balcony and hot tub. No bread or margarine or usual things to consume only alcohol. Was good for the amenities and friendliness of staff. Thank you for our stay but we wouldn’t really make an effort to use it twice

The apartment was fantastic, lots of space and a very high level of fittings. The hot tub was a great touch and the location being so close but far enough away from the city centre. The NCP car was a couple of mins walk away so not a problem at all. We will definitely be staying again

rude staff very unhelpful

the staff were rude they said i only paid 180 even though i paid 250 the staff told me they would look into it but didn’t then when i rang and asked them to sort it before i left review they said i was threatening and put the phone down. the guy on the phone was extremely rude an unhelpful. there was no milk for a drink and the coffee machine was broke

A gem in Leeds

The room and amenities couldn't be faulted. Had trouble locating the hotel as it's not signposted but that's how they would like to keep it which is fine. It a was a long drive for us from Edinburgh and we did arrive almost 8.30pm

What a very enjoyable experience I had at The Bells from checking in to checking out the level of service was just outstanding , was made to feel special with nothing too much trouble for the staff I met . Certainly made our occasion feel very special .Will definitely be back

Fantastic, Highly Recommended

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, even took us to our room and showed us around on check-in. Apartment was spotless, everything you need was provided towels, shampoo’s, dressing gowns, tea, coffee, (just take milk) complimentary water. Stayed in the Big Ben apartment, would definitely recommend, hot tub on the rooftop was fantastic. Great views of around Leeds. Parking at the NCP was only 2/3 minute walk from the apartment. Would highly recommend staying here, we’ll definitely be staying again.
