I travelled alone and they put me in a room that had an attached room and I was the first room by the back entrance door that didn’t always lock. I explained to the front desk once I saw the room that I did t feel comfortable being a single woman in a room like that. They did. It accommodate me. Also the hot water never worked in my room . I called the front desk about that and they said they opened the sdjourning room so I could use that room bathroom. That was a huge inconvenience. I would not recommend anyone to this hotel.

The room seems clean, no compliance. Problem lies in the heat system in the room. It smells like it’s burning, what it is is dust in the heating system because assuming we’re in Florida he has never used so dust builds up in the system in being a cold weekend, we turned on the heat to 71° in the room smells terrible like the units on fire, but I’ll assume it’s burning dust in the system because rarely used. I was going to bring to their attention, but I’m sure every room will be the same because of the unused heating system in this hotel in Florida. This makes me feel that $166 was not worth the Stay. I feel the space is worth less because of this defect that I have to live with for one night. I did bring to the management attention when I checked in that my wife has asthma and it is affecting her a bit, but knowing we can’t move elsewhere, she’s dealing with it unfortunately.

Hotel is not clean and staff were rude and uninviting. I needed to shorten my stay by 1 night and gave 72hrs notice. I was told that it was not possible and that I would be charged a penalty. Cost of the penalty was the original cost of booking. Completely unsatisfactory

Room was clean. Room lighting was very dim, still using compact fluorescent bulbs, slow to start, not very bright. Lighting switches dint seem to make sense, master switch kinda worked.,

The room had a strong odor like men’s cologne that must have been spilled on the furniture. The housekeeping did not sweep the floors the five days we were there. The front desk staff and kitchen staff was very friendly!
