Wouldn’t recommend

It took us 30 minutes to check in because they were saying hotels.com had not paid them for the room. They gave us 3 towels for 4 people and there was a hair by the breakfast buffet. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It appeared older than we thought. The room wasn’t the cleanest. Stains on carpet. Bloody stain on bed skirt. Stain on bathroom wall. Breakfast was sad with few options. Location was easily accessible. Staff was friendly. Glad it was only one night.

Front desk lacks professionalism

Tried to check in but no representative at the front desk. Rang bell which was broken. Finally walked into back office and found a housekeeper who went to look for the desk person. Total wait 10 minutes. Upon check out I went to drop off room key. No drop box and again no clerk. Walked into back office and found another housekeeper and said I need to check out. I was advised to just leave key on counter I declined due to security reasons as anyone could take the key and steal the hotel property in my room and I would be responsible since I had not yet checked out. See took the key and went back in the office. I left without my receipt
