The lower level includes an open living area, kitchen, dining area, and a full-size laundry room. Sliding glass doors lead to the beautiful outdoor deck, the perfect spot for enjoying a morning cup of coffee while watching the sunrise, or unwinding with a cocktail at sunset. The lower level also has one bedroom and a full-size bath. The upper level features two additional bedrooms and another full-size bath, including one bedroom with a walk-out private deck.
