Villa Andronice is built in the beautiful hillside “Kaminia – Tsoukalades” northwest of the island of Lefkada, just 700 meters from the emerald local beach and 10 minutes from the old town of Lefkada.

Within 4 acres of lush olive trees and cypresses, the villa allows guests to enjoy the magnificent view of the St. John beach, the Gyra lagoon as well as the Ionian turquoise waters.



This beautiful, elegant villa has been designed with a plenty of benefits as tranquillity, privacy, comfort and a spacious environment. It’s an ideal place for sea lovers and for those who want a peaceful break from the stresses of modern life.

The villa is prepared to welcome 8 people very comfortably and to accommodate potential a few extra. A mid-week cleaning is provided along with changing of linens and towels. A free Wi-Fi and private parking of 3 cars is available.



Indoors

Entering the villa, on the ground floor, you will find the dining area ,a fully equipped kitchen with unique details of a country resort, a small WC, the laundry room and of course the spacious living room. Two drives you to the balcony in front f the house overlooking the stunning sea view and the swimming pool.

The second floor consists of 3 fully air conditioned bedrooms: one master double bedroom with ensuite, another double bedroom with private bathroom and one twin-beds bedroom with its own bathroom as well. There is also an attic as a play room where two kids can sleep comfortably.

Opposite the entrance of the house there is the guest house with a double bed and an ensuite.

The total capacity of the entire property is 8 adults +2 kids. *



Outdoors

A large infinity pool with breath talking view will give you the sense of absolute serenity.

An outdoors shower, comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas for relaxing and enjoyable holidays are available by the pool.

A comfortable terrace by the kitchen door equipped with a dining area and a bbq station will offer you the option of preparing a meal and enjoy it under the blue sky or gazing one of the mesmerising sunsets of the west!

CANCELLATION POLICY

It you wish to cancel your booking, then we shall be entitled to the following percentage of the holiday cost:

a. More than 60 days before arrival = 2% of the total amount of booking

b. Between 60 - 42 days before arrival = 30 % (non-refundable deposit)

c. Within 42 days of the arrival date = 100 % (deposit & balance)
