This 100 sqm first-floor house features three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two single beds—accommodating up to five guests. The spacious living room connects to a hallway, and the large kitchen is fully equipped for preparing breakfast or light meals. The bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, toilet, washing machine, and electric water heater.



The house offers central air conditioning and fans in each room. Each room is fitted with either a screen door or a screened window for mosquito protection and ventilation. There are four balconies surrounding the house, each furnished with a dining table and armchairs. The western balconies provide views of Agios Ioannis beach, while the eastern balconies overlook the mountain or lagoon.



Amenities include a TV with satellite connection and complimentary WiFi. The terrace at the entrance features a table and armchairs, and there is parking available in a naturally shaded area near the entrance. Access to the house is via stairs.
