Apanema Mindfulness organises all year long Tibetan Yoga, Tai Chi and Qi Gong Retreats for small groups of 2 to 6 participants. Participation in the 7 nights retreats requires advance booking. Please get in touch.

| THE LOCATION

🏡 Peaceful Villa is located in Asprogerakata Village, one of the traditional mountain villages in the Sfakiotes area of Lefkada. The village is 15 minutes by car to Lefkada Town, the capital of the island, situated in the North of the island.

☕There is also a lovely bakery in the village within walking distance, serving excellent coffee, fresh bread, homemade bakery products.

🍽️ Guest can enjoy the tavernas in the village, also walking distance from the property.

🏘️ Karia Traditional Village

Karia, one of Lefkada`s most traditional mountain villages, is only 5 km away. It is a beautiful place with a central square with coffee shops, tavernas, souvenir shops and traditional handcrafter products.
