Ground floor: An open-plan living, dining, kitchen area (with full cooking facilities). The living area has a fireplace, and French windows that open onto a large verandah with patio furniture. 1 twin bedroom, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi and French windows open onto a terrace. In the kitchen area, there is a dishwasher and also a washing machine.

First floor: An open staircase leads up to 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath tub and 1 storage area for suitcases. Into the closet, there is a hair dryer, an iron and an ironing board and also a safe box.

Outside
An asphalt drive leads up from the village of Agios Nikitas to the villas Mimosa, Olea, Kiparissi and Thalia. Situated on different levels, natural stone walls, olive trees, shrubs, climbers and cacti surround each villa to create privacy.

The villa has it's own parking space, private swimming pool with patio and furniture.

The large patio has patio furniture and a portable BBQ.
Villa Thalia sits on the first level out of the four. It has uninterrupted sea views and the pool and a shady umbrella to sit under and relax overlooking this view, and listening to the birds of prey "mewing" in the background above the hills. Is perfect! At lunchtime a refreshing cool breeze arrives and dies down just as the sun is about to set. The sunset is really amazing!

This villa is the perfect bolthole for leaving the office pressures behind and catching up on some of those novels one never finds time to read. It is usually quiet enough to hear the surrounding wildlife, especially around dawn and dusk. As the gentle evening breeze carries the bird song across the valley, you can often hear the calling of foxes on the hillside. At nights, bats dart down to drink water from the swimming pool. Badgers and squirrels have made the occasional appearance and a sighting of a Pine Marten is rare but possible.

There is nothing more hypnotic than letting your senses succumb to the wonders of nature. Once the embers of your B.B.Q. have ceased to glow, lie back on a sunbed and stare at the twinkling night sky displaying the Milky Way and an array of stars, totally uninterrupted by streetlight pollution. Every constellation and satellite can be observed.
