House in 2nd line, very bright, opening onto a large wooden terrace facing south facing the Mimbeau bench overlooking the dune of Pyla.

This single storey house consists of a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, etc.) and its central island.
Of 4 bedrooms all equipped with storage.
-1 master bedroom with 160 cm bed and its private bathroom with Italian shower.
-1 bedrooms with sleeping 160 cm.
-2 bedroom with sleeping 140 cm
-1 bathroom with shower and bathtub.
-1 separate toilet.
-1 cellar with washing machine, dryer and freezer.

The exterior consists of a covered terrace with garden table that can accommodate 8 people and an outdoor sofa extended by a large wooden terrace with kitchen and outdoor shower with hot water, a plancha, sun loungers and parasol.
The house is located in a quiet and sought after area of Cap Ferret a few meters from the pool and 400 meters from the ocean secured by an electric gate.
The villa is classified "furnished for tourism" in the 4-star category.
Possibility to rent for the Weekend or minimum 2 nights outside school period.
A stand up Paddle is also available.

Zu Fuß zu den Austern

Das Haus von Pascal ist wunderschön, sehr gemütlich und sehr ruhig. Die Lage ist einmalig, die Cabanen zum Austern essen oder auch die Restaurants und das Becken sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Pascal ist immer gut zu erreichen und unterstützt bei Bedarf sehr schnell. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Super netter Gastgeber, der gleichzeitig auch Eigentümer des Hauses ist. Statt einer offiziellen Touristenbootstour durch das Bassin, hat er das mit uns gemacht (sorry, Pascal, falls dich jetzt alle "buchen" wollen, ist das unsere Schuld ;-) ). Im Haus haben wir nichts vermisst. Schönes großes, eingezäuntes Grundstück mit Garten in bester Lage zum schönen Sandbankstrand am Bassin hinter der Conche. Die Conche selbst vor allem bei Ebbe für die Hunde ein absolutes Paradies. Ein Katzensprung zu mehreren wunderschönen, im September leeren Atlantikstränden laden zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen ein. Alles mit dem Leihfahrrad gut zu erreichen. Cabane Mimbeau direkt vor der Haustür, viele weitere nette Restaurants in Lauf- oder Fahrraddistanz. Unser persönliches Highlight ist die wunderschöne, riesige Terrasse mit der Außenküche und der großen, warmen Außendusche. Danke, Pascal!

Une semaine pour renouer avec le Ferret en famille (parents, enfants et grand-père) une arrivée facile, une communication super sympa et efficace - départ en douceur.
