manque de confort

la localisation est pratique : très proche de la plage et surtout du club de surf La proprio est très procédurière : plein de papiers à signer avant (assurance par ex) et le jour de la remise de clefs, plus un chèque de caution alors qu'homelidays propose ce service. Comme je n'utilise pas de chèque et que je venais lui donner le dernier permettant de payer le ménage, je n'ai rien pu lui donner en caution. Je comprend que cela n'est pas simple de faire confiance lorsque l'on loue un appartement ... mais rien ne vous y oblige quand vous êtes trop méfiant. Par sympathie, elle nous a proposé des vélos ... mais il aurait fallu passer beaucoup de temps à le remettre en état : je suis allé en louer pour plus de sécurité. l'appartement reste fonctionnel mais il ne faut pas venir avec ses enfants : peu de place surtout les jours de pluie. les placards de la cuisine sont encombrés de choses inutiles et limite l'espace disponible. la sdb est étriquée et peu confortable. La place de parking est en pente et difficilement accessible. S'il fait beau la terrasse permet d'avoir plus de place. Il faut bien comprendre qu'il n'y a aucune vue. La location se trouve au milieu d'un groupe résidentiel complètement fermé. Sinon l'endroit est très calme et la plage est très proche.
