From the mezzanine window, you'll see the Ile aux Oiseaux (island of birds), the Dune du Pilat and the fishermen houses. This 45 sq yds holiday accommodation is on the upper floor of a family house and offers all the facilities you might need. Ideal for sea-lovers, you'll have the use of a courtyard opening onto the Bassin d'Arcachon, a great view from the mezzanine.
