Un séjour parfait au Cap Ferret !

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cette superbe maison au Cap Ferret. Idéalement située, à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la plage, elle offre un accès facile pour profiter de la mer à tout moment de la journée. La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse et parfaitement équipée. Le véritable atout est sans aucun doute la piscine privée, idéale pour se détendre après une journée à la plage ou pour passer de bons moments en famille. Autre avantage non négligeable : les restaurants et commerces sont accessibles en moins de 15 minutes à pied (ou en moins de 5 minutes en voiture ou à vélo). Nous avons adoré avoir un accès facile aux pistes cyclables pour rejoindre les villages aux alentours et déguster des huîtres. Merci beaucoup à Éric de nous avoir accueillis et fait faire le tour de la propriété, et merci à Thierry pour sa disponibilité et ses réponses rapides à nos questions. Bref, un séjour inoubliable que nous recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui cherchent à se ressourcer au Cap Ferret !

Maison et emplacement au top 👍

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une maison au calme bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Un gros coup de coeur pour la terrasse et la piscine entourées de pins.

Très agréable maison pour des vacances familiales

Emplacement idéal, au calme, à deux pas du bassin, notamment de la plage des Américains (accessible à pied par un petit chemin), et à proximité du centre du village. La maison est confortable et lumineuse, très bien équipée avec du mobilier de qualité (mention spéciale pour les canapés, ainsi que la literie) et de nombreux jeux sont à disposition pour les enfants. La piscine chauffée et la terrasse ensoleillée permettent de profiter pleinement de l'extérieur en arrière saison. L'accueil était également au rendez-vous, aussi bien sur place qu'avec les échanges avec le propriétaire. Un très bon séjour en famille et entre amis ! Nous recommandons vivement cette villa.

Très bon séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un super moment dans la maison de Thierry La piscine, la plancha, le salon de jardin pour la sieste dehors... Les chambres sont agréables Et la maison très bien située à moins de 10minutes à pieds de la plage des américains et 15min de la jetée de Bélisaire qui est très animée et où vous pouvez prendre le bateau pour rejoindre Arcachon dans la journée. N'hésitez pas à vous y rendre :)

Propriété correspondant tout à fait à l'annonce. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires par téléphone, mail ou sms. Horaires d'arrivée et de départ adaptables, ce qui est très arrangeant. Maison située dans un quartier très calme, très bien équipée, beaucoup de jeux et jouets pour les enfants. Plage des Américains à 5-10 minutes à pieds (par un petit chemin à l'arrière de la maison). Rien à redire.
