The property is old but well maintained with all the facilities that any traveller could want. We stayed in a bungalow which was a great choice amongst the tropical gardens. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is great. The resort is within a short walk to terrific restaurants, if you don’t want to eat at the resort. The two pools are excellent and the beach is across the road for those who want that. Overall my wife and I had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is excellent in most respects, staff are exceptional, cleanliness is great, a few minor problems. Most food in warming trays is cold, seems hard to get boiling water for tea. Food served poolside is usually cold. My favourite band has been limited to three or four nights.

We had such a wonderful time here. Our kids loved the buffet, honestly the best we’ve ever seen, with something for everyone. The family pool was a huge hit, and the daily water polo was a highlight they looked forward to each day. The location is perfect, just a short stroll to great Bali bargains and directly across from the beach for those magical sunset drinks. We highly recommend Legian Beach Hotel for families. Daily fish feeding and squirrel feeding. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Location, Staff and Rooms. Very Clean Drinks were expensive, and they removed the happy hours from the pool and bars 2 days after we got there. Alot of people ended up going outside the resort to have a drink as it didn't fit into their budget. They only had left happy hour to the restaurant to get people to eat there.

We stayed here for 12 days. The first week we stayed in a deluxe garden bungalow. It was spacious, 2 rooms, large double height bar fridge so we could put water and some groceries in there, aircon was cold in both rooms , it was lovely… except The bed-it was rock hard. The 2nd week we upgraded to a deluxe pool villa, the room was tiny, the fridge was tiny so we couldn’t fit anything that we had moved over from the other fridge. We spent an extra $1200 to upgrade to a deluxe pool villa.. any upgrade should mean everything is better right? The room was smaller, we had to get a bed brought in because even though we had booked in as a family of 3 we were put into a couples room with no bed for our son. The grass around the pool was overgrown, we ended up having to ask them to mow it, there was also leftover broken glass left beside the pool, even though it was just one piece and easy enough to overlook when cleaning up, unfortunately it ended up in our sons foot. The aircon wasn’t working when we first got there, they fixed it by that afternoon though. Again the bed was rock hard.. I understand Balinese have hard beds but this was no joke when I say it was rock hard. Buffet breakfast was amazing, could not fault it at all. The place was clean, staff very friendly, the resort itself felt safe.. guards at both entries checking people and cars on entry. The cocktails and poolside snacks were delicious. Can’t comment on dinner as we ate out at different restaurant each night

Stayed for a week with our family of 4 including 2 boys aged 10 and 11. Fantastic location, food in hotel cant fault. Unfortunate the family rooms are a little tired and the hotel doesnt offer much for older kids. In saying that, we enjoyed our stay and would consider going back.

We booked a deluxe family room with a garden view however when we arrived we were advised that the hotel was fully booked and we were put in the old 4 story block that was being renovated with constant construction noise during the daylight hours with adjoining rooms with one room having no window and the other a view of a slum area Would never return to this tired hotel

Really enjoy all about this resort, except the inaccessibility to the real reservations team to sort any issues out, so if no issue’s with your reservation, you’re good, otherwise a total roadblock!

We love staying at Legian Beach Hotel. We were able to stay here on our last trip as they had a special on. It is our favourite place to stay, Legian Beach hotel is always our first choice. The staff are amazing, always friendly and the best part is the buffet breakfast. Thank you for a lovely holiday experience
