Loved that we walked off a busy street however our balcony was quiet and peaceful. The roof top pool was warm, clean and had gazebos to relax in. The Eggs were cooked to order each morning served with delicious coffee.

We loved our recent stay at The Rama Residence. We were initially given a room different from our booking but staff were so helpful in rectifying. We loved our studio - was spacious, comfy and clean!! Best bed and pillows :) We can’t fault anything. We will definitely be back. Thanks team!

Staff always friendly and smiling always very helpful Room facilities always maintained could not fault their attention to cleaning Depends on what food you like. We ate there all the time We had a check out at 12 noon but our flight was not till 1100 that night We were able to leave our bags in the baggage area and were given access to the pool area and could go and come as we pleased with the help of the staff. My son came a short time after us and was amazed that the photos on line did not do the resort justice and I agree Had a great time and jokes with the staff. Will go back to this resort next time in Bali

This was a really lovely stay with my teenage boys , mother & auntie. We stayed for 9 nights & the service. Cleanliness & staff were impeccable. My only gripe was I would have liked more variety in the breakfast buffet bar. Having said that, they did have an a la carte menu which was ok. The coffee was hit & Miss. The infinity pool was shallow & the music wasn’t loud enough in that it lacked ambience. Otherwise if you’re older & looking for some quiet, relaxing time, then this is for you.

What a lovely place

The location is fantastic, our room was clean, quiet, comfortable and quiet. The service was without fault and we felt very welcome. We chose not to eat in the restaurant, the food on offer and prices are better elsewhere. We would stay there sgain.

Rooms were spacious and well appointed for our needs. Hotel is located in close proximity to restaurants, shops and the beach. Staff were very attentive and our nightly turndown service was a nice touch. Definitely a great value establishment.
