The villa is open all year round and it is fully privatized with its equipment. Enjoy on site an air-conditioned house (under the roof + living room-mezzanine) of 250m2 with billiards, any comfort for your holidays in the Dordogne, and which can accommodate up to 12 people with its large living room & mezzanine, large equipped kitchen and friendly, its large functional laundry room, its five bedrooms, two bathrooms and three toilets. The 2000m2 outdoor space will allow you to fully enjoy your stay. You will find : - a large adjoining terrace with plancha and barbecue, garden furniture, swing, ping-pong table and trampoline. - a private swimming pool of 5mx9m, small and large pool, you will benefit from the private swimming pool open from May to September and heated from mid-June to mid-September (26 °) , secured by a motorized curtain. - a summer kitchenwith dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, gas plancha. - a luxurious bamboo gazebo allowing you to enjoy meals outside (with its 3 benches & its central table for 12 people). - pétanque court + slide-swing For an even more unforgettable stay, you will also have the opportunity to take advantage of the spa area (PAYING), fully privatized and by reservation.
