Having stayed at other Marriot hotels - this is modern on the outside BUT the rooms are very old/ dated. The room had no sockets next to or near the bed & old USB sockets located on the desk. The design is outdated with dark wood furniture resembling the 1990s. The bathroom resembled and old fashioned welcome breaks, days inn or Premier Inn with old bathtub & fittings. I expected walk-in showers and some modernity reflecting the exorbitant £200 p/night!! I was surprised to be charged for parking as it’s located on a business estate outside of the city centre. Disappointed. Disappointing.

Very comfortable with good ambient.

The room was very comfortable with good AC. The hotel ambient is good too. Car park is very near and convenient. Breakfast with vegetarian choice was perfect.
