Excellent stay in a lovely hotel

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in great condition. The bar was nice with a very good selection of drinks. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was really well located, central but on a quiet side street with a park across the road. We would definitely stay here again whenever we come back to Leicester.

Excellent service, central location

I stayed on business for 2nights ( we used the conference facilities which are excellent) The main thing of note was the staff who were without exception excellent. From checking to the night porter all went the extra mile. Of particular note was a freshly cooked breakfast.

5* family trip- Staff were amazing.

All I can tell you is this place was absolutely phenomenal for us as a father with his two children. We were moved into the space room which is themed with star lights, bunkbeds, a control panel and loads of fun things for the children. I cannot fault any part of the entire trip. From the free car park to the amazing receptionist to checking us in early, the amazing huge breakfast choice and the warmth and comfort of the bedroom. This is simply one of the best hotels for the price I have stayed in the UK. This is not a five star hotel with glitz and glamour and expensive furnishings but it is a welcoming comfortable and happy place to stay with friends and family whilst in Leicester.

Absolutely Awesome!

This Hotel is a rare Gem: A traditional Hotel in every sense of the word. The reception Team gave us a really warm welcome, the Room (209) was superb. The Bar and Lounge perfect to sit relax and have a quiet drink, the Bar Team excellent. Hotel a short walk to the City Centre. Breakfast: Traditional White Linen and cook to order Breakfast. Only slight issue was cheap sausages (low meat content) but other than that first class. We have already booked again!! I think that says it all. The Team here are quite exceptional.
