The housekeeping here is spot on, the staff at reception, breakfast service and the chefs are friendly and kind. This is why we choose Voco every time! Sometimes things are slightly wrong but everyone is so quick to help and fix it, you can't complain.

The room was generally clean but areas of the bathroom could have been improved upon, and some of the decor was starting to peel. The staff were very pleasant and we didn't use the bar or restaurant. Happy with the air conditioning. The main issue with this hotel is the lack of on-site parking and the poor directions/wrong postcode for the alternatives - VERY unsatisfactory (may cause me not to stay again in what is otherwise a very nice hotel).
