Arbio I Lax Attic Studio in Lindenau
Welcome to Arbio I Lax Studios & Apartments. We have renovated the entire house in recent years and now want to give you a cosy and beautiful time in Leipzig with our rooms. Located in the Lindenau neighbourhood. It’s convenient to walk to Karl-Heine-Strasse and visit Pavillon im Palmengarten.
The 1-room apartment is a very spacious studio apartment in the attic of our apartment house. It has about 45 square metres of living space and consists of a living room and bedroom and a roof terrace. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a wonderfully light-flooded bathroom.
Arbio I Lax is located in an inhabited street with small cafes, second-hand shops and Karl-Heine-Strasse is just a stone's throw away. There are many small pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops.

The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.
