Wir haben das 2. Mal in der Unterkunft übernachtet. Das 1. Mal hatten wir Apartment Nr. 4 mit Sauna und waren sehr zufrieden, weshalb wir für das Wochenende vom 30.01.-01.02.2026 erneut gebucht haben. Diesmal bekamen wir das Superior Apartment Nummer 2 mit Sauna. Wir müssen sagen, dass wir extrem enttäuscht waren. Die Mängel in diesem Apartment sind nicht zu übersehen und eine gewisse Sauberkeit nicht vorhanden. Unter dem Sofa Essensreste (z.B. Hähnchenschenkel), Papier, ein Feuerzeug und diverse Krümel, die Böden, Wände und Türen voll mit klebrigen Resten und Spinnweben. Es kommen noch etliche Mängel der Einrichtung dazu, wie z.B. die abgewohnte Küche, das dreckige und löchrige Bettlaken auf dem Sofa, die kaputten Fliesen im Bad und das Highlight: die kaputte Bank in der Sauna, weshalb wir diese am Freitagabend nicht nutzen konnten, weil wir nicht sitzen konnten, denn sonst wäre sie abgebrochen, was das Erlebnis der Unterkunft extrem schmälert. Am Samstagmorgen kamen dann zwei nette Mitarbeiter und reparierten die Sauna und saugten unter dem Sofa. Die Heizung im Bad funktionierte nicht, im ganzen Appartement war es (fuß-)kalt. Nicht zu vergessen, der permanente Rauchgeruch, der trotz geschlossener Fenster aus dem Hinterhof hereinkam. Als wir Samstagabend die Sauna nutzten, wurde diese nicht richtig heiß und nach 1/2 h schaltete sie sich ab, obwohl wir den Timer auf 3 h gestellt hatten. 2 Mails an den Besitzer nach 4 Wochen unbeantwortet. Eine Enttäuschung! Nie wieder.

Das Aparthotel war für uns als günstige Schlafangelegenheit gedacht. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist eher weniger gepflegt und durchaus etwas abschreckend, da stellenweise recht schmutzig. Mit der Bahn in relativer Nähe kommt man jedoch schnell und bequem überall hin. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und sauber. Das Bad geräumig, kleinere Mängel waren jedoch sichtbar, wie zum Beispiel eine nur schwer gangbare Badezimmertür, die am Boden stark schleifte. Auch das Fenster hätte eine dringende Reinigung verdient. Insgesamt war es aber in Ordnung und für unsere Zwecke passend.

Das Konzept ist gut und die Idee auch. Ich kann nur das Apartment 10 beurteilen und dies war leider leider sehr Schmutzig. Die Böden das Waschbecken im Bad, Toilette waren gereinigt und alles Ok. Das Bett frisch bezogen. Jedoch alle Türen, die Wände Fußleisten und vor allem alle Lichtschalter waren wirklich dick mit Dreck überzogen welcher sich in jedem Fall mit Putzutensilien entfernen lässt. Die Besteckschublade war leider ebenfalls sehr dreckig und ein Uralter Spülschwamm wurde zur Verfügung gestellt. Gerne würde ich Bilder hinzufügen. Wir haben natürlich freundlich an der Rezeption nachgefragt ob ein Zimmerwechsel möglich wäre. Leider waren alle anderen für ein direkten Vergleich ausgebucht. Durch den Altbau welcher im Prinzip sehr schön ist, ist es jedoch anders wie in der Beschreibung sehr hellhörig. Die Rezeptionsbesetzung ist sehr freundlich und bietet gute Auskunft über die Umgebung.
