Lovely villas with stunning views. A short walk down to restaurants and beach (approx 2min). Staff are extremely helpful and will organise private snorkeling at standard rates. Comfortable beds, air con and plunge pool. Will definitely stay again.

Great service. Staff are very friendly. Respond quickly if need help . They do twice a day room tidy up. Buy didn't change towels until 3 days . air-conditioning stopped working 2 times during we staying. But Manager organised mechanic came fix very quickly. Overall was great experience staying. Close to shops and restaurants.

A beautiful villa in a perfect location. Incredible views and was exactly as expected. Janu, Gede, Deca and the team made us feel very welcome. Stu and Mila from Oz.

Perfect location

Janu, Comet and his team were amazing. Perfect location, and the view is incredible!!! Very clean and well attended to. Only downside is going up and down the stairs however I needed the exercise after everything I was eating and drinking!

Villa with Brie of surf breaks

Great villa with easy walk to surf beaches and sunset spots and restaurants. Easy to organise scooter to get around the rest of the island. Very friendly and helpful staff!!

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
