The property is very nice. The rooms at comfortable but outdated, specially the bathrooms. Access to the beach is great and pools are great. Restaurant is good and buffet is very complete. I think if they want to be 4 star they need to make some important renovations and upgrades. Other than that it’s a very good hotel.

Resort is excellent and staff great. We were in a villa with a semi-private pool which was fantastic. Breakfast was fine, some of the buffet food could have been hotter - just go for the egg station. Was lacking shade on the beach, and the beach is not good for swimming.

On arrival the lock wasn’t working so he to get fix, small blood stain on mesh curtain near entrance door, toilet started to leak at the back left corner they sealed as it smelt then started to happen on the back right. Water was cold had to ask to get hotter but was only just warm and took 5 minutes to warm up. Bed was sooooo squeaky, just thankful I was staying with a friend not a boyfriend. Nice chocolate gifts and candle, good mini bar with chips and drinks, dinner was nice but cocktails the alcohol didn’t taste nice. Disappointed due to cost and issues.

Mahagiri was fantastic, the seaview rooms with balcony were fantastic, great views, great breakfast options & loved the 2 pools. Plenty of beach chairs & sun beds by the pool.

Very nice, clean resort in a quiet area, still easy walk to a choice of restaurants and shops. Unique pool area with deck chairs on sand around the pool with ocean views. Good buffet breakfast in dining area. Only small faults is hot water pressure in showers and beach in front of resort not ideal for swimming due to shallow water and currents. Otherwise perfect stay!!

Property is a bit tired on the exterior. The buffet breakfast was cold. The mashed potato for dinner was cold, so were the fries for lunch cold. Housekeeping forgot to supply towels one day. The room doors do not close properly, therefore a lizard rustling in the rubbish bin during the night and caterpillars on the floor. The room phone didn’t work either.

Overall a good stay with our toddler. He enjoyed the large flat beach to play on. Pools are really nice for kids, but preferred staying at the other end of the island due to surf options. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok. Beds comfortable but a little noisy with events they had on. Overall good value for money

This is my 3rd visit to Mahagiri and I’m in love with this hotel. The beautiful hotel is the best on Lembongan Island. From the location that is right on the beach to the lovely staff. The BBQ nights are great and the food in the hotel is awesome with a great selection of dishes. Pools are very clean.walking distance to Lembongan main village strip. I’ll sure be back again!

This property is in need of renovation, our room was very basic, took ages to get hot water, the shower leaked so the bathroom floor was constantly awash.
