53 m2. More information by the provider: The chalet is in a sunny location about 2km from the village center. The house is part of a hamlet that developed in the beginning of the 1960s. Today the hamlet comprises of some 20 houses. The chalet has two 3-room apartments. The first floor apartment is rented out to guests. From the large terrace you enjoy a fantastic view onto the entire Wildstrudel massive. Because of its secluded location it is advisable to arrive by car.
The apartment contains 3 rooms (2 bedrooms / 1 living room), 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom with bathtube, shower and WC. Baby's high chair, bathtube for children and changing pad are available. Public transport included in the Simmental and Saanenland with the SIMMENTAL CARD: Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region travel free of charge on public transport for excursions with a valid guest card.
Incl. kitchen towels, bed linen, final cleaning, electricity. Bathroom towels are available on request (+ CHF 5.--/person).

Einrichtungen

Die Elektroheizung im Badezimmer ist ungenügend im Winter. Das Badezimmer war kalt und unangenehm für die Benützung der Dusche und die Toilette. Das Heizgerät stellt nach kurzer Zeit ab, aufgrund des Thermostaten, also kurz gesagt, es nützt nichts. Das Sifo im Badezimmer ist undicht, dies war dem Vermieter bekannt, mit einem Hundefressnapf unter dem Sifo für die Wassertropfen hat der Vermieter das Problem provisorisch geregelt. Die Matratzen im Elternschlafzimmer sind unhygienisch.
