This is a nice, upscale version of a motel with a club room at front. The front of the house is understaffed, with the front desk checking people in, acting as bartender, waiter and food runner. Fortunately (unfortunately), not many people to wait on. The kitchen suffers from a lack of customers because the food just misses. The crab dip was good, but the chicken was salty and over-cooked.

We had a wonderful stay for New Years with our three kids. The location is perfect for snow tubing and skiing at Bosquet Mountain. Easy to get to downtown Lenox for all the restaurants and close to other towns. All the staff were very kind. We only had dinner at the restaurant and it was ok, the flat bread was delicious, my son loved the wings, but my chicken was very dry. There was a long wait time for food, they did give us the heads up. It seems like they are still working out the restaurant and flow of the kitchen. The bar is really nice and ambiance of the restaurant and club room. It would be nice if they added a mat in the room for snow boots and more hooks in the bathroom for wet skii clothes to hang. We look forward to going back again next winter.

Check in area was VERY cool. When we checked in the woman gave us our key quickly and was helpful. As soon was we walked into our room we could tell housekeeping hadn’t been there so the rooms were probably just marked incorrectly or something. We went back to the cool check in area and the woman who checked us in didn’t even want to look at us, and seemed annoyed. As soon as I showed her the pictures or the unmade beds, water bottles and towels everywhere, etc. she was fine and gave us a new room. The second time we went in that building she was not pleasant or friendly and frankly wanted us out of there… I’d also like to add that the smart TV remotes DO NOT WORK
