Habitación súper sucia, no funcionaba ni el teléfono para comunicarse a recepción o a restaurante, solo había cortinas gruesas caídas por cierto. La comida del restaurante súper grasosa. No había los platillos que ofrecían en la carta y para colmo el servicio nocturno nulo! Una hora antes del cierre ya no había nadie quien preparara alimentos. El personal de recepción totalmente cerrado. Viaje yo sola y al final del viaje faltando 2 días para que terminara mi estancia, mi esposo decidió acompañarme y a pesar de que había un gran letrero en recepción que decía “persona extra $350” el personal de recepción me dijeron que no era posible meter a otra persona y al final tuve que hacer otra reservación! Quise hablar con el gerente a cargo y no me permitieron hablar con él argumentando que nunca se presentaba en la propiedad. Muy triste que esto suceda. El jardín si es esta lindo.

Muy sucio viejo y descuidado, sin cortinas y las que había todas caídas. El personal muy descortés en lugar de dar apoyo para todo era un No rotundo. El restaurante no tenía los platillos de la carta, según cerraba a las 10:30 y a las 10:00 ya no había quien atendiera. La verdad entendí la razón del precio tan bajo.
