Middle of the road

Decent hotel. Terrible WiFi connection. Clean room, semi-clean pool, very minimal breakfast. Staff was cordial but not overly warm. All in all, an ok stay.

Family visit to Leon

The hotel was fine, but we had a little trouble at first with hot water for showers, but it was fixed. Leon is a dirty city, and the hotel is not in the central part of town. Staff was very nice, I even had laundry service and was very pleased! Breakfast was good. For a hotel in Nica, it was very good. Bed was comfortable.

Interesting stay in leon

We stayed here with our friends for three nights. The hotel was about 15 minutes walk from the cathedral and restaurants. Our rooms were spacious with a bathroom and AC. Unfortunately we didn’t have any hot water for two nights as there was a problem with the tank! The hotel was very attractive with lovely seating areas outside the rooms and a pool. Breakfast was included and the poached eggs were perfectly cooked. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great Value in a Choice Location

I chose this hotel because it's a short walk from the bus terminal and because it has a pool (very nice in the Leon heat). It's a small hotel with charm. It's kept very clean, and the staff is helpful. The breakfast included is standard Nica fare and will keep you going all morning. They have coffee in an urn, so you can refill and not have to keep asking (if you drink coffee like most Gringos do). The A/C in the room worked well, as did the free wi-fi. I loved the paintings of the miniature children on the walkway walls in the hotel. Most anything you'd want to see is within walking distance from the hotel. They have coolers in the lobby with juice, water, and beers for sale. I would definitely return here.

Good value

Very simple rooms but the pool is refreshing after a hot day in Leon. Service was not especially friendly but we were able to get everything we needed. Wifi wasn't great but the location was very central.

Basic, clean room. In the heart of the city-another plus. Helpful, friendly staff. Allowed us to store our luggage all afternoon after check out, which was super helpful(and at no extra charge!) As with most online advertising, the rooms and facility looked nicer online than in real life. To be expected. Still clean, which was important to us. Ac did not work in one of the rooms. Big bummer. Could not request refund, because reservation was through 3rd party, and no vacant rooms to be moved to. Only real downside. Overall, decent experience.

I Think whith the price of the room they need to offer a little more a) a/c was leaking onto the bed I reported never was fixed b) water pressure real bad we had to get a bucket to catch water to take a shower c) no chair, no phone in the room just the bed & t.v. d) we stayed 6 days, we get only 1 small soap (hand) & little bottle shampoo e) horrible towels, after we dry out, our body was cover wit a lot of white lint from towels f) breakfast every single morning the same thing, gallo pinto & eggs no variety g) pool pump needs to be running 24 hrs. a day, they turned on just couple hrs. so, water was cloud h) I payed my room wit debit card, I forgot to get it back, they hadn't call me

cozy place in Leon

Pros: friendly staff, quiet place, excellent breakfast, great location near the downtown area Cons: advertised warm water, but there was none. Room was a bit small and I'm not sure the bed was a queen as advertised. Pool is smaller than it appears on the website. Overall, I would probably stay there again.

Prison like rooms, but amazing staff

This place was located in an OK area, a bit far from the central area. The room itself looked like a prison. There are no windows overlooking outside, just a small one that overlooking the inside of the establishment. Very tight room, steel doors. People who work at the hotel were amazing and very nice. Which made the stay good.

Bastantes oportunidades para mejorar.

El personal es un poco frió. El hecho de que el parqueo este demasiado lejos del hotel complica el estarse trasladando. Se debe estar solicitando la llave y regresando a devolverla. El desayuno es bastante sencillo (y porciones muy pequeñas).
