Ce penthouse – duplex de 180m2 vous offre l`espace et la tranquillité d`un chalet entier avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Niché dans un hameau calme et à 200 m de la télécabine donnant accès aux 3 Vallées. Possibilité de louer le chalet entier pour 8p ou 12p avec le studio au rez-de-chaussée.



Vous pouvez accéder au ski par la télécabine ou la navette gratuite de la station. Vous revenez au chalet skis aux pieds par la piste « Raffort ». La navette donne accès aux restaurants/bars et boutiques de la station.



Il se compose de :

1er étage

– Espace de vie : Un grand salon ensoleillé avec cuisine ouverte et table à manger. Un grand salon avec canapés, télévision et poêle qui s`ouvre sur un balcon.



– Chambre 1 : Lit double avec sa salle de bain et douche à l`italienne

– WC séparé



2ème étage

– Suite parentale : un grand lit double, baignoire, dressing, douche balnéo, toilettes et balcon



Un parking gratuit est disponible devant le chalet.



Local à skis dans le garage.



Il y a une connexion WIFI.



Le linge de maison, les lits faits à l`arrivée et le ménage de fin de séjour sont inclus.
