- The flat is located above a bar that plays music. Noise pollution is possible on Friday and Saturday evenings until 2am.
- It is possible to rent a private parking space in the garage opposite the residence, for a supplement of €10 per day. Booking and payment on site, with our local partner.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
