Worst experience ever - wrong information in the listing

The announcement is wrong and misleading. The appartment has only 1 room, the bunk bad stays in the hallway, right next to the entrance door. There is no parking available. The parking advised by owner is restricted on Wed and Fri. There is no cleaning service, the guests are supposed to clean the appartement by themselves. When we arrived, the appartment was dirty and dusty, moldy food in the fridge, unflushed toilet, terrible smell, dirty bed. The freezer was broken and the host didn't do anything to fix it.We reported the issue to VRBO, but VRBO did nothing to support us.
