Located in Les Clefs at 735 m altitude, this cool mountain apartment is just 3 km from Thônes, near Lake Annecy and Manigod. The step-free interior offers fantastic views of the Alps. Free shuttle buses are available. A grocery store with local products is 5 minutes away. You have a private entrance and a large wooden terrace. The 100 m² property includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 3 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, and separate toilet, accommodating up to 8 guests.



Free private parking for several cars is available in front of the rental. Amenities include high-speed satellite internet and a large flat-screen TV. A baby bed and high chair are provided free of charge, along with books, games, and toys. Beds are made upon arrival. Please note, towels are not provided. Enjoy your own outdoor space with a private garden, open-air terrace, and charcoal barbecue.
