Six miles from the town of Ceret, 2 miles from the Catalan village of Maureillas, it is within easy reach of Mediterranean beaches and duty-free border town of Le Perthus. Ideal for exploration of mountain lakes and gorges, ski areas, nearby castles and Catalan culture. The villa is fully furnished in pine with 2 bathrooms and separate toilets. fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. A large lounge with satelite TV, ipod docking station & internet facilities. Separate dining room. The private swimming pool has a dining terrace with BBQ. The pool is not heated and is open from Mid May to Mid October. Bedroom 1 first floor with mountain views & balcony overlooking the pool, four poster bed with ensuite facilities. Bedroom 2 & 3 Ground floor one double room with kingsize bed,other room with 3 single beds both with doors opening to pool terrace. Bed linen and towels included.
