Billiard room and table football shared with the other gîte. Gym in a small converted chalet (treadmill, elliptical bike). Shared swimming pool (from 01/07 to 31/08. PAID access: Relaxation area (sauna + hammam + spa: terms to be confirmed with the owner - access to the spa all year round except summer school holidays)). Terrace + land. If renting the 2 gîtes together, possibility of a common room with kitchen for family reunions and seminars). Gîte that can be grouped together with gîte 73G98125 for a total capacity of 18 people. Country house carefully renovated in full nature, to 200 m of the cross-country. Nice unspoilt in lovely clearing forest. Very good comfort. Warm mountain stamp. Very cosy. Lots of charm and character. Large terrace (120 m²) facing South. Landscaped with swimming pool.
