Gîte composed of a living room with kitchenette area (no oven), mezzanine (height less than 1m80, access by a ladder - 2 single beds 90x190 cm), 2 bedrooms (3 single beds 90x200 cm with sink / 1 double bed 160x200 cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Large shared grounds. Ski and bike storage. Private parking (5 cars). Enchanting setting for this cottage located in the heart of the Massif des Bauges. At the start of the hiking trails, you will have the choice for skiing in winter (4km from La Féclaz and the Savoie Grand Revard resort, 27 km from Aillons Margeriaz, 33 km from Semnoz). Apartment renovated with great taste, you immediately feel at home. Large outdoor space between woods and meadows where it will be good to rest. Great comfort (linen included, one bathroom per bedroom) and calm guaranteed.
