The rooms were clean. We arrived in the evening; there is only one option to contact the hotel: it’s by phone, which costs money to call from the UK. After we got into the room, we found there were no towels, so we couldn’t even use the shower. The next day in the morning, after checking in, we were told that the towels were not included. On the website, it’s mentioned that towels are included, so we paid extra for the towels. No soap, no dishwasher tablets, no dish-cleaning soap. But otherwise it was quite a good apartment, with very friendly staff and very clean and very warm rooms. The apartment is very close to the ski lift.

En bra vecka

Dubbelsängen var för hård för en svensk, man sov inte jättebra, en tjock bäddmadrass från Ikea skulle ju varit toppen. Madrasserna i våningssängen var mjukare. Men det var rent, nära liften och poolen perfekt efter backen. Så över lag hade vi en bra vecka.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix

C’est la seconde fois que nous choisissons cet établissement. Le rapport qualité/prix est très intéressant. Le personnel est à l’écoute, aimable et réactif. Les appartements de la résidence sont fonctionnels, idéaux pour des familles. La résidence est pour autant calme, avec également beaucoup de couples (jeunes et seniors). Les balcons des appartements ont de belles vues sur les montagnes. La piscine intérieure est un régal pour les enfants et les grands (1.50m de profondeur bassin, eau à la bonne température), surtout après le ski. Nous n’avons pas testé le spa ni la salle de sport.
