The open-plan living area is made for gathering, with a roomy kitchen, a big table for long, easy meals. Step onto one of the balconies to enjoy the private jacuzzi, sink in, and breathe the mountain air. Every detail is designed to feel like home while keeping you connected to the mountains.

With five bedrooms—two with their own bathrooms—there's plenty of space for two families or a group to spread out and come together. After a day on the slopes or the trails, everyone can find a quiet corner to unwind and feel at home. The property features two private garage parking spots, and guests arriving by electric vehicle can also make use of the private car charger on site, a rare and useful touch for mountain stays.

Set in the quiet La Turche neighbourhood, Ardelle offers easy winter access to the Perrières chairlift (Télésiège des Perrières), simply walk 2 minutes to the nearby La Turche lift, and ski down to the Perrières lift from there, connecting you directly to the vast Portes du Soleil. A few minutes further is the Luge 4 Saisons alpine coaster, year-round fun for all ages. And in the village, cosy artisan restaurants and much-loved cheese shops make it easy to bring the flavours of the region back to your alpine home.


Home truths:
- One of the bathrooms is located on the upper floor, while all bedrooms are downstairs. This layout helps keep the living and bathing areas discreetly separated for added privacy.

- Although the La Turche ski lift is just a 2-minute walk away, it was closed several times last season and its reopening this winter is still unconfirmed. As mentioned, guests can still reach the Perrières chairlift by skiing down in winter or walking the same path in summer. For added convenience, the Les Puthays bus stop is also just a short walk away, with connections to both the Perrières and TC Chavannes lifts.
