Charming flat in the legendary Les Gets residence! The duplex flat on the 6th floor (without lift) sleeps 6 comfortably, and comprises a large living room with access to the balcony from which you can admire the sublime view of the ski area, a fully-equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room, a sleeping area on the first floor, as well as a shower room and a bathroom with bath and separate WC. Bed linen and towels not provided. Public car park with private parking space.

Located on the top floor of the residence, accessible by stairs, the flat is as follows:

- Entrance hall with cupboard and wardrobe
- Living room with sofa, dining area for 6 people, TV with blue ray and smart box TV
- Fully-equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, Senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
- South-facing balcony with magnificent views of the ski area

Procédure plus que douteuse...

AprĂšs avoir reçu un mail comme quoi mon rĂšglement n'avait pas Ă©tĂ© acceptĂ© (mail reçu 2 fois car 2 tentatives de paiement), le mail disait clairement que ma rĂ©servation ne pouvait ĂȘtre confirmĂ©e... Je suis donc passĂ© par une autre plateforme, ou tout c'est bien passĂ©. Abritel m'a au final bien encaissĂ©, et devant ma surprise Ă  refusĂ© de me rembourser (sans aucune explication supplĂ©mentaire que je n’étais pas Ă©ligible au remboursement total. J'ai mĂȘme eu la surprise que Abritel me prĂ©lĂšve la caution (600 €) alors que je n'ai jamais mis les pieds dans l'appartement en question... Heureusement, aprĂšs un mail de ma part (si non je pense qu'ils auraient trainĂ© pour me rembourser) j'ai obtenu le remboursement de la caution et de la moitiĂ© de la location... Pour ma part, alors que je passais rĂ©guliĂšrement chez eux, je ne suis pas prĂšs Ă  rĂ©server par Abritel.

La Bouillandire "1 canapé lit prévu, se retrouve en simple canapé. 3 verres à pied pour 6, 3 gobelets plastiques et 3 verres. 5 couteaux à viande pour 6. qualité du matelas en 160 a revoir car totalement déformé (2 personnes se retrouvent au milieu quoi qu'ils fassent. ) le matelas en 160 est posé sur 5 autres... sans raisons réelles. présence d un piano totalement inutile et trÚs encombrants dans un piÚce déjà petite. la douche est bouchée. l eau monte jusqu'en haut des chevilles. la place de parking non verrouillée donc occupée par une tierce personne... les travaux indiqués pour les ascenseurs dont la fin est prévu décembre 2023, est en fait prévu a 2025... bref heureusement que nous voulions absolument la bouillandire suite a des souvenirs d enfance..."

Took a little while to get to us once we arrived however they we injured so not really their fault. 🙁 that the lift up to the building was not working. La dĂ©coration et les Ă©quipements du logement, le calme des lieux et la propretĂ©. La place de parking couvert est un plus trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©. Le logement est trĂšs spacieux pour le prix, si vous ne craignez pas les escaliers. La vue est franchement agrĂ©able. Les quelques points nĂ©gatifs n'entament pas ce super sĂ©jour ! 🙁 Le sommier du lit double de la mezzanine est d'un inconfort absolu, j'ai rarement aussi mal dormi et eu autant mal au dos que durant cette semaine. La chaleur estivale reste Ă©touffante dans la mezzanine toute la nuit, la deuxiĂšme chambre est heureusement plus fraĂźche. Un sommier neuf et un ventilateur rendraient le logement parfait. Absence de tĂ©lĂ©cabine en Ă©tĂ© et d'ascenseur, il ne pas avoir peur des escaliers."

Nous y sommes allĂ©s pendant le we de l’ascension, je pense qu’on Ă©tait seuls dans tout l’immeuble donc trĂšs calme du coup - mais pas reprĂ©sentatif en cas de prĂ©sence de voisins. Je n’avais pas vu qu’il fallait apporter les draps, c’est de ma faute certes, cependant, le minimum lorsque l’on n’offre pas ce service serait de mettre la taille des lits ! A part ce petit dĂ©sagrĂ©ment, nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour, le logement Ă©tait propre et fonctionnel."
