very basic but very clean and tidy staff only speak french but try their best to help with google translate breakfast was typical french style buffet but not bad would stay again

Globalement déçu par la préstation

ProblÚme avec la borne pour récupérer l'accÚs à la chambre, le code de réservation ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons appeler à plusieurs reprise le service d'assistance qui à répondu au bout de 3 appels. L'interlocuteur n'étais pas trÚs aimable. Il n'y avait qu'une seule serviette dans la chambre alors que j'ai réservé pour deux personnes. Globalement déçu.

L'arrivée tardive rend l'accÚs à l'hotel pénible : via un automate. Le numéro de réservation, nécessaire à l'enregistrement n'est pas disponible sur l'application hotel.com!
