50 meters from the ocean and a sandy beach, 210 m2 house facing south in the greenery, very quiet, located in a dead end street overlooking the sea. Ideal with children. Stay and kitchen giving on a big terrace full south. 2nd terrace under shelter also to the south. Fully enclosed garden.
Ground floor: entrance, double living room fireplace, kitchen with dining area, bedroom 'South' double bed 160/200, room 'Nature' double bed 140/190 with terrace access, the room 'Marine' 2 beds single, bathroom with bath, separate WC.

Maison tres grande et très bien aménagée pour recevoir une tres grande famille (12 personnes + 2 enfants) avec chacun son espace Par contre un peu déçu car par marée basse il n’y a pas de mer que de la vase et c’est très désagréable par temps chaud l’après midi après c’est la région qui est comme ça et je ne savais pas dommage car le reste était parfait

Excellent séjour dans une spacieuse maison familiale

Maison très agréable, bien équipée, lumineuse, très bien située ( plages à 50m et commerces à proximité) et reposante. Tout est conforme à l’annonce. La côte encore préservée et sauvage est fantastique pour de belles randonnées. Sinon, il y a beaucoup de visites à faire ( Noirmoutier, Prefailles, Pornic, Pointe de Saint Gildas...). Nous en avons bien profité. Une région qui donne envie de revenir. Une semaine trop courte! Nous avons apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de Sylvie et Christian .

Grande et belle maison de famille idéalement située

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de rêve en famille - 10 personnes de 1 à 77 ans - dans cette grande maison confortable, très bien entretenue et idéalement située. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très accueillants, ils aiment cette région et partagent leurs coups de cœur avec plaisir. Tout est fait pour faciliter la vie des vacanciers: literie neuve, linge de maison fourni sur demande, équipements de qualité et en quantité suffisante pour plus de 10 personnes, matériel de bébé inclus si besoin. De plus l'environnement est idéal: la plage à 2 pas qui offre de merveilleux couchers de soleil, le village à pied avec toutes les commodités, le marché pour les produits frais, et plein de visites à faire aux alentours. Bref une maison et des propriétaires que l'on peut recommander chaleureusement!

Résidence exceptionnelle

Une maison qui raisonne d'émotion et d'histoire. Espace, lumière, calme, confort, proximité de la mer... Pour nous un séjour d'une semaine à l'occasion du mariage de notre fille Aurélie. Cette grande et belle maison surtout très bien équipée et très bien entretenue, nous a permis de recevoir et de réunir dans le confort des Anglais, des américains et quelques membres de notre famille. Un lieu d'exception où nous reviendrons sans aucun doute car il est vraiment idéal pour des réunions familiales aussi nous le recommandons sincèrement. Et enfin, l'accueil chaleureux et très sympathique des propriétaires avec qui nous avons pris plaisir à partager quelques moments. Merveilleux souvenirs.
