Classified 3*, the residence is ideally located at the foot of the slopes and the ski lifts of Les Orres 1800 resort. You can enjoy its shared relaxation area: swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam and sauna!
This accommodation can accommodate 10 people and has all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay with family or friends: living room, equipped kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom, two balconies.

The duplex :
Located on the 3rd floor with lift, the accommodation is composed as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A living-dining room with a pull-out sofa (sleeps 2), a TV and a large reception table for up to 10 people.
- A kitchenette, open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, raclette set, filter and senseo coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: bunk bed (sleeps 2) and storage space.
- A shower room with shower, washbasin, towel dryer, hairdryer and WC.

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed and storage space.
- Bedroom 3: double bed that can be split into two single beds
- Mountain corner with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a washbasin, a clothesline.
- Separate WC.

Outside :
- A large balcony accessible from the living room as well as a second balcony, accessible from the bedroom, both equipped with outdoor furniture.

Shared areas:
- A heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi are at your disposal.
- Sauna and hammam for a fee

- Additional services offered at extra cost within the residence: parking, sauna, hammam
- A ski room is at your disposal free of charge on the 5th floor of the residence (box in the last row at the back, on the left).
- Bed linen and towels are not provided. Possibility to rent them in the resort.
- The end-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Pets accepted on request, extra charge: 5 € / night
