The entrance opens onto a fully equipped, separate kitchen, leading to a large, light-filled living room that extends onto the loggia, a pleasant space for reading, dining, or simply enjoying the tranquility.

The apartment features two bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed, as well as a third bedroom with two 90cm beds and an en-suite shower room, offering privacy and comfort. An additional bathroom and a separate toilet complete this functional space.
