Older hotel, but very well maintained. Fast internet, comfy beds, and the softest sheets I’ve ever encountered! Will definitely consider staying again if I’m in the area.

Staff were wonderful. Computer glitches at check in. Not their fault. Hotel older but clean.Toilet very low to floor. Wouldn’t work for handicap people. Breakfast was ok. No sausages or bacon or meat. Just the usual muffins, cereal scrambled eggs and hashbrowns.

This is my absolute favourite place to stay in Lethbridge. The rooms might feel a little like your in the 1990s but it’s cozy , the staff is awesome and the hot continental hot breakfast is a nice start to the day.

Room was good size and clean. Nothing wrong with the hotel for a stay at all. However, I booked the room for 3 nights. Got a call the next day saying there was a family emergency at home. I talked to hotels.com to cancel my next 2 nights. They said they will call the gotel to try and cancel. When they called the front desk lady said that they couldnt do anything about it and would not approve the cancellation. Room was not cancelled and they kept my 2 nights of money without me staying in the room.
